Full Beautiful Brows are BACK!

According to make-up trends for Fall 2011, skinny brows are out!  Full, defined brows are what graced the faces of models during fashion week.  So I am here to give you the official report, if you are shaving off your brows and then penciling them in… STOP!  If you are a compulsive tweezer.. LAY OFF!
